This is a global retail business specialising in apparel, footwear and accessories, partnering with some of the most recognised brands across sport and fashion. With a strong e-commerce platform and international reach, the business operates across both UK and US entities and continues to scale within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
Take full ownership of the finance function across UK and US entitiesLead the production of monthly management accounts, including full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reportingDrive the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all areasProvide commercial insight on sales, margins, pricing and promotions to support decision makingOwn budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the businessManage cash flow forecasting and working capital performanceOversee and develop the transactional finance team (AP/AR and payroll)Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting efficiencyAbout You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Proven experience operating at the Finance Manager level or ready to step upStrong technical accounting background with hands-on reporting experienceExperience managing or developing junior finance staffMulti-entity experience, ideally with exposure to international operationsBackground in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods is highly desirableCommercially minded with strong analytical and business partnering skillsWhat’s on Offer
