We are seeking a motivated and reliable Counter Sales team member to join our established business in Penryn. This is a varied role combining Customer Service, Warehouse duties with customer-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers on the counter during busy periods and answering phonesProviding excellent customer service and support to colleaguesAccepting and checking deliveries, putting stock awayPreparing stock for customer collections and packaging deliveriesFulfilling web orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and shop environmentExcellent IT Skills, training will be givenWhat We’re Looking For

£15 per hour + Yearly BonusPermanent, full-time role with stable, friendly hours – 8am to 4.45 pm Mon to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday (No Saturday or Sundays!)Early finish on FridaysWork with a welcoming, easy-going team in a well-established businessFree parking on site
