Commercial Manager – Kier Places (Basingstoke)
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Kier Places team based in Basingstoke.

Role Overview
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing all commercial activities across your designated region. You’ll ensure that commercial performance, governance and risk management are effectively controlled while developing cohesive commercial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of quantity surveyors and commercial professionals
- Providing guidance on all commercial aspects of projects
- Ensuring timely submission of valuations and cash collection
- Reviewing contract results and performance
- Supporting the negotiation of claims and final accounts
Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial teams in construction
- Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Strong contractual knowledge and experience
- Collaborative and nurture an inclusive team environment
- Passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge
