The role will be working as a Commercial Manager (Change Lead) to work within the AnthroJV (Egis & VVB Engineering) Commercial Team, with a specific focus to lead on Commercial Management of Change, value engineering, optioneering, mitigation strategies measures and controls at our HS2 Old Oak Common project. This role is based in London on site 4 days a week.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and ideally have worked on major UK rail projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead on Commercial Management of Change for the project, including governance, processes and controls.
- Focus on value engineering, optioneering, and development of mitigation strategies and measures.
- Coordinate with the project Commercial team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Support on commercial decisions and change negotiations to protect project value.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience or familiarity with major UK rail projects is ideal.
- Experience in commercial management of change within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
