Area to be covered: South (ideally based around the M25)
Remuneration: £60,000 + 20% bonus

Responsibilities
- Field sales role selling a wide range of high quality manufactured and distributed bathroom & kitchen products such as shower enclosures, taps, basins, bathroom furniture, tiles, kitchen sinks, kitchen accessories
- All time spent selling to regional / national developers and housebuilders
- Work in conjunction with the dedicated distribution / merchant team
- Majority of time spent generating new business, with ongoing projects later on
- Dealing with average order values between £5,000 and £300,000
- Focusing on projects within the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record selling to developers, housebuilders, main contractors & sub-contractors
- Experience selling KBB products such as shower enclosures, taps, basins, bathroom furniture, tiles, kitchen sinks, kitchen accessories
- Black book of contacts for main contractors, sub-contractors and developers for immediate transition
- Tenacious, hungry and driven
- Ability to build relationships and trust
