About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Worker to join their Criminal Justice team. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs as they transition through the criminal justice system and into safe, stable accommodation.

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business use insurance required)Ability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotaExperience & Skills Needed
Experience supporting vulnerable adults and/or individuals with challenging behaviours or complex needsAbility to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and work collaboratively with partner agenciesStrong communication and assessment skillsKey Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, including close collaboration with criminal justice servicesCarry out comprehensive needs and risk assessments, leading to tailored support plans that address individual client requirementsProvide clients with relevant advice, information, and practical support to help them access services, accommodation, and community resourcesEnsure all new clients fully understand their rights, responsibilities, and the expectations of their licence agreement when entering the service
