About the Post
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in supporting the Restaurant Manager, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant.
- Supervise front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead preshift briefings and communicate daily goals and expectations.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee stock control, deliveries, and storage procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Help manage rotas, shift planning, and labour costs.
- Support promotional activities, events, and business development initiatives.
- Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 2 years
- Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken English
