What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily branch operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll lead people, plan routes, optimise fleet activity, manage performance, and keep the operation performing at the highest level.
Your Impact Will Include
- Running daytoday operations within the Secure Area
- Leading and motivating a team of approx. 50 drivers
- Mastering fleet planning, vehicle utilisation and route optimisation
- Delivering firstclass service for all customer collections & deliveries
- Managing rosters, TMS updates, audit trails & daily reports
- Ensuring full compliance with operator licence rules
- Monitoring fuel, telematics and KPIs to control costs
- Upholding exceptional standards of security and safety
What we’re Looking For
You don’t just manage, you lead, organise and get things moving.
Essential criteria
- Strong fleet management and route planning experience
- Confident leader with great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office
- Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to stay calm under pressure & own your decisions
- 5 years of checkable history
Bonus
- Previous experience in operations or logistics supervision
