About You

You must be able to work as part of a team of ServiceAdvisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

Hours

42 hours per week- agreed in line with site rota, inclusive of Saturday rota.

You must hold a current valid clean driving license.
