Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum.Our Project Management team sits at the center of our business, partnering with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver integrated work that makes a real impact for clients across industries—from consumer brands and technology to healthcare and financial services.We’re looking for a Project Manager (1-year fixed term contract) who is organized, collaborative, and excited to help deliver high-quality integrated programs in a fast-paced agency environment.## What You’ll Do* Manage day-to-day project workflows including timelines, deliverables, and budgets across integrated teams* Support the development of project scopes, estimates, and Statements of Work in partnership with senior project leaders and account teams* Maintain project documentation including schedules, briefs, cost estimates, and budgets using project management tools* Monitor project progress, track hours and burn rates, and flag potential scope or timeline risks* Coordinate internal meetings and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, next steps, and deliverables* Partner with resource management to plan staffing needs and maintain resource allocations* Ensure project outputs meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations* Collaborate across creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver impactful client programs## What We’re Looking For* 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field* Experience working in an integrated marketing, PR, or communications agency environment is preferred* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms* A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environmentsAt Edelman, we understand that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging transform our colleagues, our company, our clients, and our communities.
