What you’ll be doing
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat
- Help users with registration and scheduling
- Assist with assessment delivery and results
- Manage documentation and exam procedures
- Respond to general queries that need clarity and reassurance
- Log everything accurately, follow processes, and escalates when needed
The hours
45 hours per week.On‑site in Belfast, 5 days per week.April–June: full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday (peak period).Other months: typically 8am–5pm.If you need fixed hours or can’t commit to peak flexibility, this won’t be the right fit.
