Job Description

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of winnable new business opportunities
  • Creating targeted prospect lists across retailers, distributors, and national accounts
  • Leading tender and bid processes from identification through to submission
  • Managing and growing existing accounts to maximise sales and service levels
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical, Compliance and more
  • Providing customers and distributors with accurate product information and support
  • Representing Nielsen and the Reabrook Group professionally at all times
  • Attending sales meetings, exhibitions, product launches, and training events
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Completing all admin, reports, and CRM updates accurately and on time
  • Supporting company policies, Health & Safety, and accreditation standards
  • Carrying out additional duties as required by the Head of Sales

What We’re Looking For – About You

  • Proven experience in business development or field sales
  • Strong track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working hybrid/field‑based

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the automotive sector
  • Understanding of detailing, valeting, or vehicle cleaning processes
