Job Description
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of winnable new business opportunities
- Creating targeted prospect lists across retailers, distributors, and national accounts
- Leading tender and bid processes from identification through to submission
- Managing and growing existing accounts to maximise sales and service levels
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical, Compliance and more
- Providing customers and distributors with accurate product information and support
- Representing Nielsen and the Reabrook Group professionally at all times
- Attending sales meetings, exhibitions, product launches, and training events
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Completing all admin, reports, and CRM updates accurately and on time
- Supporting company policies, Health & Safety, and accreditation standards
- Carrying out additional duties as required by the Head of Sales
What We’re Looking For – About You
- Proven experience in business development or field sales
- Strong track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working hybrid/field‑based
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the automotive sector
- Understanding of detailing, valeting, or vehicle cleaning processes
