Responsibilities for Business Development Manager

• Proactively Seek out and pursue new business opportunities and avenues.
• Drive and develop the business in alignment with their growth plans and business strategy, also implementing throughout the business with the senior leadership team
• Support clients and key framework contact as business point of contact representing the business model and ambitions forming long standing relationships
• Provide market and competitor intel keeping up to date with latest trends, legislation’s and developments

Key attributes for the Business Development Manager

• Previous experience working within a construction sector is fundamental along with leading market knowledge within the construction industry
• A network of successful industry relevant relationships
• Proactive nature and strong communication skills will steady well
• Strong background using CRM software would be advantages
