Business Development Manager – Connected Services
£60,000 – £70,000 – Double OTE £4,800 car allowance
Fully remote – UK travel for customer site visits
We’re looking for a high energy Business Development Manager to drive new business across Connectivity, Networking, SASE, UC&X, and Cyber Security. You’ll win new customers, build senior relationships, and position our market-leading solutions to organisations across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Win new business across Connectivity, Networking, SASE and UC&X
- Build relationships with C‑suite, IT leaders and procurement teams
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Work with technical teams to shape solution-led proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
- Stay ahead of market and competitor trends
Required Skills
- Proven B2B sales or BDM experience in Connectivity/Networking/SASE/UC&X and Cyber Security
- Strong understanding of MPLS, SD‑WAN, DIA, 5G, LAN/WAN, VoIP, Teams, Contact Centre solutions
- Ability to explain complex solutions clearly to nontechnical audiences
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator, negotiator and relationship-builder
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven
- Valid Full UK driving licence
