Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our client onsite over in Derby on an initial 12 month deal.
On-Site Supply Chain and Quality Managers act as representatives of our client in front of the supplier and are accountable for the following activities:
Supply Chain Management
Suppliers’ performance monitoring
Load and capacity analysis
Rate readiness analysis
Supply chain intelligence management
Transfer of work management
Design change industrialisation management
Quality Management
Correction: non-conformity eradication
Prevention: implementation and management of quality improvement plan
Supplier Development / Audit and Assessment
Risk Management
Identification
Execution
Governance
The implementation of these activities shall be supported by the following skills
Efficient communication
Strong stakeholder management ability
Industrial background and culture within aerospace industry
Data analysis and synthetic reporting
Practical problem solving
Auditor qualification would be desirable
