Senior Residential Support Worker | Children’s Services RGH Global is recruiting on behalf of a dedicated children’s residential home provider looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead their team and provide nurturing care to young people. Leadership: Leading shifts, allocating tasks, and ensuring safe staffing levels. Safeguarding: Promoting best practices and ensuring children are protected from harm in line with statutory guidance. Care & Support: Providing nurturing care that promotes emotional well-being, independence, and social development. Developing positive relationships with allocated children and contributing to placement planning. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential). Experience: Proven experience working with children and young people. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with a solid knowledge of safeguarding. A full UK Driving License. Knowledge: An understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted regulatory frameworks is highly desirable. Package & Shift Pattern
