Responsibilities
Monitor client activity across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and escalate to engineering teams when needed.
Assist the sales team in early-stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions.
Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans.
Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations.
Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations.
Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.
Required Skills and Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work included).
Hands-on experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
Passion for technology, problem-solving, and working with clients.
Basic understanding of web technologies and systems integration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions.
Comfortable working across time zones and in diverse teams.
