Sales Advisor – Housebuilder
Circa £38,000 basic +uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)

Are you a New Homes Sales Advisor looking to join a well established developer on a thriving, long term scheme? Our client, a well-established housebuilder, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their development in Cambridge area.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing site with immediate units to sell, alongside future phases already secured and further opportunities in the pipeline across the region. You will be joining a supportive, high performing team with strong progression prospects.
This role would suit someone based towards the eastern side of the region who is looking to develop their career within a stable and forward thinking business.
On offer is a basic salary of circa £38,000 with a realistic and uncapped commission (OTE of £60,000).
Two consecutive days off in the week (to be discussed), and 1 in 4 weekends off.
The Role:
Using your experience in new homes sales, you will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a high standard of service at all times.
Duties will include:
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
- Meeting and greeting prospective buyers on site
- Conducting viewings and showcasing the development
- Qualifying applicants and progressing sales
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the development and local area
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve targets
- Ensuring the sales suite and site are presented to a high standard
