Document Controller | Engineering Projects & Asset Handover | Oxford (On-site)
BioTalent are partnered with a growing organisation in Oxford delivering complex engineering and facilities projects, alongside managing operational assets.
They are looking for a Document Controller who understands engineering environments, not just admin processes.
This role sits at the centre of project delivery, supporting everything from live builds through to handover and long-term asset documentation.
The Role

- Administering and improving the electronic Document Management System (DMS)
- Working closely with engineers, contractors, and facilities teams to chase and validate documentation
- Supporting project handover and asset documentation readiness
- Driving improvements in document workflows, structure, and standards
- Ensuring documentation is audit-ready and aligned to project requirements
