Skyward Select is working with a growing MEP contractor that has quietly become one of the most consistent performers in the London commercial fit-out market.
They’re delivering ~£40m turnover this year, with 75% repeat business and a pipeline pushing towards £50m+ next year.
They’ve just secured a mechanical plant replacement scheme in the West End, and they need a Mechanical Project Manager to take full ownership.
You’re joining a business that:

Your Role
- Full ownership of the mechanical package
- Managing a Mechanical Supervisor
- Reporting into an MEP Contracts Manager
- Working alongside an electrical delivery team
- Driving programme, quality, and site coordination
What they’re looking for
- Mechanical Project Manager with building services experience
- Strong commercial / fit-out background
- Comfortable in fast-paced London projects
- Someone adaptable, hands-on, and open to being developed
