We are seeking a professional, confident, and service-focused Front of House Security Officer to support the daily operation at our prestigious corporate site in the City of London. This role combines a strong customer-service ethos with a clear understanding of security awareness and professional standards.
As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you will play a key role in shaping a positive first impression of the building, delivering a welcoming, polished experience while helping to maintain a safe, calm, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional meet-and-greet service to all staff and visitors
- Maintain a visible, approachable front-of-house presence throughout the day
- Confidently engage with visitors, offering assistance, directions, and information
- Provide reception cover when required to ensure a seamless front-of-house service
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism at all times
- Observe, report, and respond appropriately to any security or safety concerns
- Support a calm, reassuring, and well-organised building environment

- Background in hospitality, concierge, security, or premium customer-facing roles
- Friendly, approachable, and confident, with a professional manner
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proactive and comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life
- Reliable, well-presented, and detail-oriented
- Calm and composed, even in busy or challenging situations
