Senior / Principal Data Scientist – Single Cell & Spatial

About the Company

We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Data Scientist with deep expertise in single cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics to drive high-impact work across disease areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end single cell & spatial analyses (QC → clustering → DE → integration).
• Work closely with biology, clinical, and ML teams
• Own analysis pipelines and project delivery
• Mentor juniors and help steer scientific direction
• Present and defend insights to key stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in single cell RNA-seq (core focus, not side project)
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics (e.g. Visium, Xenium, 10x)
• Solid coding in Python (R acceptable, Python preferred)
• Proven ownership of analysis workflows/projects

Ideal Background

• Computational biologist / DS from biotech, pharma, or academia
• Comfortable in fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environments
• Confident communicator who can push back and influence decisions

Preferred Skills

Note: This is a hands-on IC role (not Director level). Focus is transcriptomics, not imaging-only spatial work.
