About the role:
As Senior Quality Officer working within the Academic Quality Unit you will work collaboratively with our Schools. You will provide expert and accessible support and guidance on all aspects of quality assurance, including the development, approval, and review of courses.
This role involves managing and developing procedures and regulations related to academic quality and standards, and supporting the University’s preparation for external reviews and inspections, including those by Ofsted and the Office for Students. You will play a key role in ensuring that provision meets both institutional and external regulatory frameworks, and in embedding best practice across all quality assurance activities.
About you:
The successful candidate will have significant administration experience within higher education and demonstrable experience of quality assurance. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships, along with substantial experience of committee servicing.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent experiential learning is essential for this role.
