This role will be on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
- P&L reviews & cost management
- Fee forecasting, revenue & accrual management
- Budget & Forecast preparation
- Oversee disbursements processes
- Managing finances for Turnkey
- Line managing finance administrators
- Labour allocations & salary sheet reviews
- Ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships with stakeholders and client’s team.
- Manage and initiate change driving, and driven by, growth.
- Build and develop high level relationships across the regions.
- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility. Represent the business.
Person Specification
- Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with senior management
- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Technical accounting, system & excel skills plus fee forecasting background preferred
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required by the nature of the role
- Ideally, but not essential, a part-qualified accountant
- Track record of achieving results through others, desirable
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making
- Very strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level or degree (or equivalent), desirable
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
