As a ROC Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of cutting‑edge remote services from our Remote Operations Centre. Your tasks will include monitoring building management systems and their connected assets, identifying and troubleshooting issues, coordinating with various supply chains, and ensuring the smooth operation and energy efficiency of our clients’ buildings. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to optimise building performance and provide exceptional customer service.
