Role Purpose
Optimize network and energy performance across telecom tower infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics
- Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables)
- Analyze data and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
Requirements
Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering
8–12+ years experience in telecom energy or network performance
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar)
