We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Planner to join a busy team within the social housing sector. This is a permanent, office-based role offering stability and the opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and allocating repair and maintenance work to operatives
• Managing diaries to ensure efficient routing and productivity
• Liaising with tenants, operatives, and contractors to coordinate appointments

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Repairs Planner / Scheduler role
• Social housing experience preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
