PMO – Regulatory Remediation (Contract) – Financial Services
London (Hybrid)
I’m currently supporting a financial services client on a contract requirement for an experienced PMO / Programme Manager to support a high-profile regulatory remediation programme.
This role will focus on driving the delivery and embedding of remediation activities across governance, risk and control frameworks within a complex, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate remediation activity across multiple workstreams
- Establish and run programme governance (steerco, working groups, reporting)
- Track delivery through detailed plans, RAID logs and dependency management
- Work closely with SMEs to interpret and align with regulatory requirements
- Ensure audit findings are addressed and controls are effectively embedded into BAU
- Provide clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Experience required
- Proven experience delivering regulatory remediation or transformation programmes within financial services
- Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, governance and audit remediation
- Experience operating within a PRA/FCA regulated environment
- Excellent stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance, HR and Internal Audit
- Strong PMO / programme delivery capability (planning, RAID, reporting, coordination)
- London-based (hybrid working)
- Contract role (6 months)
