We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering works on a major infrastructure scheme in the South West.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key substructure and heavy civils packages.

The Role

• Lead delivery of substructure works including foundations, drainage, and groundworks
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme performance
• Drive productivity and ensure works are delivered to programme
• Maintain high standards of HSEQ compliance
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and client teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within heavy civils
• Strong substructure / groundworks background (essential)
• Experience delivering £5m-£30m+ civils packages
• Hands‑on, delivery‑focused with strong site presence
• Able to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment
• This role suits someone who is close to the detail, proactive, and used to driving works on site day‑to‑day
