Job Description
- Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing projects
- Drive key supplier processes, audits, and root cause investigations
- Ensure effective containment, corrective actions, and Zero Defect programme implementation
- Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and source transfer programmes
- Analyse nonconforming data and drive resolution strategies
- Manage supplier development using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause tools
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Posses an Aerospace quality background with working knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, AS9102 would be beneficial
- Experience in supplier audits and supplier development
- Proficient in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans
- Confident in problem‑solving, lean manufacturing, and using SAP systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- EU travel once a month
