Thisisaclient-facing,project-focusedrolewithopportunitiestotakeownershipofprojects,developtherole,andgrowtheindustrialsectoroffering.Thereisaclearroutetoleadershipandultimatelydirector-levelprogressionfortherightcandidate.
Therolewillinvolvecontractadministrationandpreparationofspecificationsonprojectsrangingfrom£600kto£5million,primarilyrefurbishmentworks.WhileacharteredBuildingSurveyorbackgroundisdesirable,itisnotessential.Thepositionisfocusedonprojectdelivery,clientmanagement,andsectorgrowthratherthansurveyingalone.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadandmanageindustrialsectorprojects,ensuringdeliveryontime,budget,andtoahighstandard.
- Prepareandmanagecontractadministration,specifications,andprojectdocumentation.
- Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,takingaproactiveroleinbusinessdevelopment.
- Supportgrowthoftheindustrialteam,contributingtostrategyandsectorexpansion.
- Takeownershipofprojectsandopportunities,drivingthemindependentlywithminimalredtape.
About You
- Chartered(RICS)preferredbutnotessential;candidatesfromaseniororassociateprojectmanagementbackgroundarewelcome.
- Experienceinindustrial,refurbishment,orcommercialprojectsishighlydesirable.
- Provenclient-facingskillsandtheabilitytomanageprojectsfromstarttofinish.
- Ambitiousandmotivated,lookingforastepupfromacurrentceilingincareerprogression.
- Confidentmanagingprojectsvaluedbetween£600k–£5million.
- Strongorganisation,communication,andleadershipskills,withadrivetodevelopthesector.
