We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-growing business to find a Business Delivery Lead who can take ownership of high-impact change initiatives and drive them through to successful delivery and measurable results.
The Role
As Business Delivery Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of transformation… owning the delivery of strategic initiatives from approval through to benefits realisation. You’ll act as the business lead across projects, ensuring alignment, governance, and real commercial impact.
You’ll work closely with Product, Tech, and senior stakeholders to:
- Lead end-to-end business delivery of key initiatives
- Own benefits tracking and realisation
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational readiness
- Oversee governance, risks, and executive reporting
- Ensure initiatives align with wider business strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex business change or transformation
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value
- Confidence operating at senior/executive level
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience working alongside Product & Technical teams
Location & Package
- up to £70,000 salary
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in Huddersfield
