Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the Project Manager in organizing, scheduling, and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as design, production, and procurement to facilitate smooth project execution
Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project outcomes
Compile, analyze, and deliver regular project progress reports, outlining milestones, accomplishments, and improvement areas
Take part in quality assurance processes, including audits and compliance checks
Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance overall project performance
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Relevant experience in project engineering or a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Familiar with project management principles, tools, and techniques, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Flexible and responsive to changes in a fast-moving work environment
Open to long-term deployment in China
