Workshop Service Engineer

Overview

The Workshop Service Engineer will primarily work in our dedicated workshop environment, taking responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and testing of Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of aerial work platforms in a workshop setting
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Complete appropriate documentation for all service work performed, including warranty claims and repair documentation
• Provide support to field service engineers when required, sharing technical knowledge and insights

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience in a workshop or technical service environment, ideally with AWP/EWP equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
