Senior Software Developer

We are hiring a hands‑on Senior Software Developer (Lead level) to join a growing UK-based team working on scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end‑to‑end and working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver backend features and systems
• Take ownership from development through to production
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to technical decisions and support other developers

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Solid understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring or leading developers
• Automated testing and Agile experience

  Location: UK (1 day per week in Tarporley)
