Hello, I’m Emma Prunty, the team leader for the Hyndburn and Rossendale Community Mental Health Team. I am committed to leading with integrity and kindness, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and comfortable at work. Our team is a friendly, dedicated, and supportive group, committed to providing the highest quality care with the resources available in our local area. We are seeking passionate individuals who share our dedication to community mental health and are eager to help us deliver outstanding support to our service users.
Qualifications
We are currently looking for registered mental health practitioners, which includes:
- Qualified social workers
- Mental health nurses
- Occupational therapists
Responsibilities
You should be adept at working both collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs
- Conducting risk assessments and management
- Exploring how health and social factors impact mental health and overall well‑being
Your role will involve visiting service users in their homes, as well as working from our base at The Mount in Accrington.
