Complex Care Nurse

£45,000 per annum
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care within home settings.
About the Role
As a Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of both adult and paediatric clients, providing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of person‑centred support. The role will cover packages across Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing care plans
- Maintaining MAR charts
- Conducting clinical audits
- Delivering competency training and sign‑off for care teams
- Supporting clients with complex clinical needs in their own homes
Clinical Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have an ICU background and be confident in:
- Airway management
- Bowel management
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy management
- Diabetes care

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a community setting (Essential)
- Full flexibility to meet service needs (Essential)

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
