We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care within home settings.

About the Role

As a Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of both adult and paediatric clients, providing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of person‑centred support. The role will cover packages across Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing care plans
• Maintaining MAR charts
• Conducting clinical audits
• Delivering competency training and sign‑off for care teams
• Supporting clients with complex clinical needs in their own homes

Clinical Skills & Experience

Ideally, you will have an ICU background and be confident in:

• Airway management
• Bowel management
• Enteral feeding
• Epilepsy management
• Diabetes care

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a community setting (Essential)
• Full flexibility to meet service needs (Essential)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
