Job Description:

We are looking for a Community Fundraising Officer who will be the first point of contact for our community fundraisers who are looking to raise vital funds for us and provide administrative support for the team. At Thames Valley Air Ambulance, we’re committed to giving everyone the best chance when the worst happens. Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our supporters receive an excellent supporter experience by delivering a high standard of customer service via phone, email, post or in person and through accuracy of donation thanking and responding to enquiries.
  • Developing and supporting relationships with key local community groups and organisations to maximise on‑going support and income potential.
  • Attending & supporting events hosted our fantastic supporters.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to members or the public and providing administrative support for the team.
  • Managing competing priorities and deadlines in an organised manner.
  • Being passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Has experience supporting fundraisers or working in a customer service environment.
