We are working with a high-growth, mission-driven business in their search for two SC Cleared Cloud Support Engineers to provide 1st and 2nd line support across secure, cloud-hosted customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support, including investigation, fault finding, and escalation where needed.
- Respond to user and customer requests, providing clear updates and maintaining good service standards.
- Administer Azure Landing Zone environments (access control, policies, subscriptions, networking, monitoring).
- Support enterprise collaboration and development platforms used by customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Follow secure working practices and change-control processes.
Required Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing 1st / 2nd line support role.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
- Basic knowledge / exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, secure environment.
You will be required on-site in either Dorset or the West Midlands 2-3 times per month, and the role will be paying up to £65,000 per annum.
