Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: WorcesterSalary: £50 (Apply online only)Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights – 6am-6pm)
A great opportunity is now available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site operating within a fast-paced, highly automated environment. The business is a market leader within its sector and offers a strong platform for engineers looking to develop within modern manufacturing.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement activities and working across a range of automated production equipment to ensure maximum site performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Engineering qualification
- Experience within a UK manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical capability
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience working on automated production machinery
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and small project work
- Ability to work alongside and manage contractors on site
- Strong understanding of health & safety and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site standards
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
- PLC fault finding experience (Siemens S7 desirable)
- Experience working on conveyors, packing lines or process machinery
