Hours: Full Time (35 hours including weekends)

We are looking for a Team Leader to work in this fast‑paced and very customer‑focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. The Department includes stoneware, outside pots, water features, aggregates, compost, trellis and patio wood products.
The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands‑on role and some heavy lifting will be involved. Forklift operator training can be provided.

Duties will include
- Assisting with the setup of our gardening departments
- Pricing, displaying & merchandising a variety of products
- Replenishing stock
- Quality customer service
- Creating visually inspiring displays
- Booking in stock
- Assisting customers with their purchases
- General housekeeping
