Technical Sales Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team throughout the project lifecycle, from enquiry to project completion
• Manage and coordinate projects involving rolling shutters, industrial doors, metal doors, and architectural metal works, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, and internal factory teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications and project requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits, including site measurements and assessments, to support accurate design, costing, and installation planning
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and documentation for submissions and approvals
• Assist in product selection, costing, and quotation preparation, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders
• Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting, feedback handling, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
• Relevant experience in building products (e.g. rolling shutters, industrial/metal doors)
• Experience working with main contractors, architects, and factory coordination
• Able to perform site measurements and interpret technical drawings
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Possess Singapore driving license and own a car, or willing to use company transport
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week
