People Business Partner – 14306

Salary

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location

Location: London – 1 – 2 days a week (ideally more in the beginning for facetime with stakeholders)

Contracting Authority: Government Client

Contract Length: Temp cover while they start looking for a perm person. Circa 3 months, but may be slightly less or more TBC

Clearance: SC

Start Date: Must be able to start within 3 weeks max from offer.

Essential Criteria

• Strong HR Business Partnering experience.
• Extensive hands‑on ER casework experience.
• Ability to navigate complex, sensitive, or contentious HR matters.
• Experience supporting Employment Tribunal processes.
• CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) + Chartered/Fellow membership or equivalent experience.

Desirable Experience

• Background in law enforcement, legal, AGO, GLD, TIS, or policing environments.
• Experience in smaller organisations (?500 people).
• Familiarity with Oracle HR systems.
