Recruitment Consultant – Driving Division

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE + 10% Uncapped Commission (No Threshold)

We’re working with a growing and ambitious recruitment agency looking to expand their Driving division in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a warm desk with existing client relationships, while also having the autonomy to grow your own pipeline and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
- Manage a warm desk with active client requirements
- Source, register and place HGV/Class 1, Class 2 and van drivers
- Build and maintain a strong pool of reliable driving candidates
- Develop new business opportunities within the transport sector
- Manage bookings, compliance, and client relationships
- Work towards and exceed weekly/monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within driving or industrial recruitment
- A strong existing pool of driving candidates (ready to hit the ground running)
- Demonstrated billing success and consistency
- Confident in business development and client management
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, motivated, and career-driven
