A forward-looking secondary school in Portsmouth is seeking to appoint an ambitious and knowledgeable Head of Geography to lead a committed department and drive excellent outcomes for pupils across Key Stages 3–5.

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing middle leader or an experienced teacher ready to take the next step into subject leadership.

Salary: MPS/UPS (London Fringe) + TLR

About the Role

The Head of Geography will provide strategic and operational leadership for the department, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong progress and an engaging curriculum that promotes curiosity about the world.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop teaching practice, raise attainment and contribute to whole-school priorities.
