Our client have around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines and on top of a competitive salary they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.

They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE. Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited to

lease renewal and rent review

site assembly for developers

advice to landlords and tenants
t
option, pre-emption xwzovoh and overage agreements
t
property financing
t
advice upon retail, office and industrial development

joint venture projects
