The Opportunity

This is a high-impact executive role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, offering regular exposure to senior leadership forums and the opportunity to shape commercial strategy at a global level.

You will lead enterprise business development initiatives across EMEA, engaging with major mining companies and C-suite stakeholders to support the adoption of a fully integrated digital ecosystem across their operations.

This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives on building strategic relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and delivering transformational value to large-scale mining organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth across strategic enterprise mining accounts throughout APAC
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned to global objectives
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing major accounts
  • Partner closely with product, delivery, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic client engagements
  • Provide market insight and contribute to long-term commercial planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales or business development within the mining sector
  • Strong experience managing large strategic accounts and complex solution sales cycles
