A rare opportunity has become available for a Residential Property Partner to lead our client’s Residential Property offering.
This is a role that will suit a Residential Property lawyer who is well versed with all traditional elements of Residential Property and is keen to lead from the front in terms of operational expertise, strategic leadership and team management.

The Opportunity:
At the core – the ideal candidate will be an accomplished Residential Property lawyer with a solid background in the following:
- Freehold & leasehold residential sales and purchases New builds Shared ownership Help to Buy Equity release Auctions Land transactions
Further – the ideal candidate will be at a stage in their career where they are looking to become involved in strategic decision making and have influence at the top of the business. xwzovoh
