Your Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures

Demonstrate strong financial management skills and commercial awareness
t
Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm’s growth
What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum of 6 years PQE with relevant corporate experience
t
Excellent communication skills
t
Ability to manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision
