Real Estate Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Berkshire

A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a varied and high-quality property caseload while benefiting from hybrid working, career progression, and a competitive salary package.
The Role You will manage a diverse real estate caseload, including:
- Acting on commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leases
- Advising on development, investment, and landlord & tenant matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conducting due diligence and reporting to clients
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
